A Walkthrough of our Aerial Platform Rental Service

Aerial platform rental service GA on-callConsidering renting one or more aerial platform machines? You’ve come to the right place! Premier Platforms has one of the largest fleets in the Southeast, and has a reputation for quality, reliability, and service excellence that goes back decades from humble, entrepreneurial beginnings.

What to Expect When Renting Aerial Platforms from Premier

Before even picking up the phone to call, it’s very important to us that our customers understand what’s involved when they rent an aerial platform from Premier. The more familiar customers are with our rental process, the more confident they are that they have exactly what they need and are covered in the event of any problems, however unlikely. Confident customers are happy customers, and that’s what we’re all about!

Initial Call Consultation

When customers call us, they know exactly what they are trying to accomplish. Our goal is to make sure they can get the job done with no more or less than they need. One of our experts listens carefully and then matches their needs to the appropriate aerial lift(s) in our fleet.

We have decades of experience catering to the needs of our industrial and building maintenance partners. In particular, we specialize in helping equip mechanical contractors with everything they need to efficiently get the job done right the first time.

If you need additional assistance finding the right equipment for the job, a Premier Platforms representative will be more than happy to survey your job site or building and recommend the appropriate equipment at no charge.

Finding the Right Aerial Equipment

When we make our equipment recommendations, we consider numerous project variables. When you give us a call, we will likely ask you a few questions about your project, like these:

What are you trying to accomplish?

For example, Are you installing a sign or replacing bulbs? The nature of your industry and project helps us quickly narrow down our inventory.

Where is the job site and what is the surface?

If your project site is outside and away from power sources, and involves driving over ground, we will likely recommend a gas-powered machine that has more power and doesn’t require recharging. If your project is inside, on concrete, and near a source of electricity, then an electric lift will likely make sense.

Do you need to get out and over something, like shrubs or a curb?

If your final vertical destination is behind where you have floor space, going straight up won’t do you much good. We’ll want to make sure you have the properly-sized bucket to get you not just up, but over to your project, too.

How high do you need to go, and are there any doors in the way?

If you need to go up 22 feet, a 19 footer should do the trick. But if you need to go up 29 feet, the larger machine with more extension may not fit through standard size 46”x32” single doors. This is an important conversation!

What do you need to take up with you?

Are you installing glass, for which you need a glazier kit? What sort of tools do you need to bring along? Do you need to bring any heavy or large materials up with you? These questions help us find the right machine for the job.

When do you need it?

Sounds simple, but this an important question for us because we don’t want you to have to rent our machines any longer than you need to in order to get the job done. Our large fleet and multiple locations means we can rapidly deploy what you need, but it is our goal to show up at your location with our machines just before you have everything and everyone in place ready to use them.

On-Site Rental Lift Repair You Can Count On

Of course, finding and renting the right equipment is only phase 1 of the Premier Platforms rental experience. We consider ongoing service every bit as important, if not more so.

For starters, you can work (and rest) confidently knowing that all our rentals are covered by our on-site aerial platforms repair service. Our machines are known for their reliability, but if an issue does arise, we’ll rapidly dispatch one of our mechanics to quickly get you operational.

Happy Customers Are Everything

We built Premier Platforms on well-oiled machines and excellent service. We consider happy customers to be the #1 factor of our success. Because they are. We don’t have Wall Street dollars to fall back on, so it’s all the more important that we never take anything — most of all our customers — for granted. Service excellence is ingrained in everything we do, and great service is just how we take on the Wall Street Goliaths.

We’d be honored to help you and earn the right to call you a customer. We can’t wait to discuss your next project — give us a call at 1-800-951-2555 or come by today!
